How BLENREP is given and what to do if you miss a dose

How is BLENREP given?

Your doctor will decide the appropriate dose of BLENREP for you based on your body weight. Once your dose has been decided, your doctor will give you BLENREP as an intravenous (IV) infusion, which is a drip into the vein, for about 30 minutes once every 3 or 4 weeks, depending on which combination you are getting, in a hospital or outpatient clinic.

The dosing schedule for BLENREP differs depending on whether you get the BVd or BPd combination. More information on dosing can be found in the “Guide to Treatment with BLENREP” that your doctor gave you, or that you can download from this website.
